Youth in Aviation

Illinois Aviation Academy (IAA) takes pride in being a pillar within the community.  IAA participates in several outreach programs each year, including; Aviation field trip days for several of the local school districts including CPS, Career day events, Tuskegee Next, Ace Camp, AeroCamps, and is home to the Boy/Girl Scouts of America Explorer post #1426. In addition IAA hosts several interns each year from local High schools. 

IAA believes in the importance of providing a way for youth to explore and pursue a passion for aviation. These programs provide practical, real-world career experiences, allow youth to develop character and leadership skills, and make new friends.
