ONLINE GROUND SCHOOL

All courses are aligned to FAA Knowledge requirements for each individual certificate or Rating. Each course incorporates an online home study course which utilizes videos, Slides and quizzes. This course includes literature and resources for future reference and use. Along with the Home study Coursework, Remote online classes will be held live with a Certified Flight instructor 3 times a week. The Certified Flight Instructor will cover the material completed in the home study course in greater depth, as well as answer questions that arise from the home study program. Upon completing the course you will receive a certified, signed ground log showing completion of all FAA knowledge requirements. You will receive your Endorsement needed to take the required FAA Written Exam for that certificate or rating. You will have the option to take the written exam at Illinois Aviation Academy.
