1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of websites operated by Spartan Education Group, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Spartan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Spartan Education Group and all related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). 

By accessing or using the Services, you: 

• Acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms;  

• Agree to be legally bound by them; and  

• Agree with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.  

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. 

2. Eligibility and Children’s Privacy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services independently. 

• Users under 18 may use the Services only with parental or guardian consent  

• The Services are not directed to children under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act  

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13  

3. Account Registration and Security

If you create an account: 

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information  

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

Option A (Stronger, recommended): Binding Arbitration 

• Administered by the American Arbitration Association  

• Individual basis only (no class actions)  

OR 

Option B (Litigation fallback) 

• Exclusive jurisdiction in state or federal courts located in Illinois or  

16. Modification or Discontinuation of Services

Spartan may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without liability. 

17. General Terms

• Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy  

• No Waiver: Failure to enforce ≠ waiver  

• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest

18. International Use

Services are intended for U.S. users. 

Users outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local laws.
