Due to the dynamic nature of the aviation Industry we are constantly in a revolving hiring station as our Instructors grow in experience and move on to the airlines and regional carriers. As such, IAA is constantly taking in resumes of interested candidates, whom we then train and upon satisfactory completion of our indoctrination are hired. Preference for positions primarily goes to our own CFI academy graduates so we encourage those that have not yet attained their CFI, to enroll in our academy.

IAA Summer Camp
This camp is aimed at introducing the love of flying to high school students. Class 1 runs July 15-19 and Class 2 runs July 22-26.

CFI Academy
This is an intensive 4 week program.
The course will cover Private and Commercial Practical Test Standards, Technically Advanced Aircraft Training, Risk Management Program, and all you need to know to complete your CFI.
All applicants must have completed the Fundamentals of Instructing and Certified Flight Instructor Written test prior to class start date. Cost is $4600.
